Cancellation policy

You may cancel an appointment up to 48 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment without incurring a charge. If cancelled within the 48-hour window prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full service fee.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments rescheduled within the 24-hour window prior to your appointment will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
